KAVAN Power CA 20g medium instant glue (CZ)

Medium second (cyanoacrylate) glue for modeling and general use. It comes in a bottle with an applicator attachment.

Medium second adhesive with medium viscosity is ideal for bonding absorbent and non-absorbent materials that adhere well to each other. Glues wood, most plastics, metals, rubber, glass, ceramics, cork, paper.

Typical method of application: glue is applied to one of the contact surfaces and the parts are immediately attached to each other, but it is also possible to apply the glue to the joint of well-fitting parts attached to each other.

• Curing time (depends on the temperature and nature of the bonded materials): 5–30 s
• Full curing: 24 h
• Optimal gap width between glued parts: zero
• Cured glue is soluble in: acetone, dimethylformamide, acetonitrile

Recommended activator: KAV56.9958.CZ Activator CA 150ml, KAV56.9959.CZ Activator CA 200ml spray, KAV9977 KAVAN PRO activator CA spray 150ml.

Recommended peeler/debonder: KAV9979 KAVAN peeler CA 20g

Removing excess uncured glue: a cloth or paper towel moistened with KAV9979 CA releaser or acetone (if the bonded materials can withstand it).

Thinning the glue: if the instant glue thickens, it is a sign that it has already partially polymerized and is losing its original properties - no amount of "thinning" can bring them back. If you need a "thinner" super glue, just use a lower viscosity type. Individual types of POWER CA instant glues can be mixed together to achieve optimal viscosity.

Use as sealant, suitable fillers: microballoon filler KAV9980 CA KAVAN filler.

Suitable for bonding: soft and hard wood, chipboard, plywood, metals, ceramics, porcelain, glass and carbon laminates, glass and carbon fabrics and fibers, many plastics (including EPP and EPO).

Not suitable for gluing: polystyrene foam, polyethylene, Teflon, silicone.

Storage: in tightly closed packaging, in a cool, dry and dark place (at a temperature of +2 °C to +10 °C). Do not expose to temperatures below +2 °C.

Durability: if the conditions of proper storage are observed, we guarantee durability in unopened original packaging for a period of 1 year while maintaining the above-mentioned product properties.
