POWER CA 20g thin instant glue

Thin instant (cyanoacrylate) adhesive for model and general use. Comes in a bottle with an applicator attachment.

The thin, low-viscosity instant adhesive is ideal for bonding non-absorbent and absorbent materials that fit together perfectly - for example, gluing RC car tires to rims. It glues wood, most plastics, metals, rubber, glass, ceramics, cork, paper.

Typical method of application: The adhesive is applied to the joint of perfectly matched parts placed together.

Recommended activator: 5MA4249 Activator CA 150ml, 5MA4249-1 Activator CA 200ml spray, KAV9977 KAVAN PRO activator CA spray 150ml.

Recommended peeler / debonder: KAV9979 KAVAN peeler CA 20g

Removal of excess uncured adhesive: cloth or paper towel moistened in KAV9979 CA or acetone (if the bonded materials resist it).

Glue dilution: If the instant glue thickens, it is a sign that it has already partially polymerized and loses its original properties - no "dilution" can undo them. If you need a "thinner" instant glue, just use the lower viscosity type. The individual types of POWER CA instant adhesives can be mixed with each other to achieve optimum viscosity.

Use as a sealant, suitable fillers: microballoon filler KAV9980 CA KAVAN filler.

Suitable for bonding: soft and hard wood, chipboard, plywood, metals, ceramics, porcelain, glass and carbon laminates, glass and carbon fabrics and fibers, many plastics (including EPP and EPO). / p>

Not suitable for gluing: expanded polystyrene, polyethylene, Teflon, silicone.

Storage: in a tightly closed container, in a cool, dry and dark place (at a temperature of + 2 ° C to + 10 ° C). Do not expose to temperatures below + 2 ° C.

Shelf life: Subject to the conditions of proper storage, we guarantee shelf life in unopened original packaging for 1 year while maintaining the above properties of the product.
