Original information:
Styracosaurus belonged to the family of horned dinosaurs known as Ceratopsidae, the last large group of dinosaurs to evolve and give rise to a number of subspecies. He lived in the Cretaceous period about 100 and 65 million years ago. This herbivore grew up to 8 tons and its food was found in large deciduous forests. His teeth were very well adapted to this type of food. Typical cognitive features of this type are very long and straight horns over the nostrils and long bony spines on the edge of the bony neck collar that this creature used in self-defense and also in battles with its rivals.
