This set contains two elephants - Indian and African - and their conductors and soldiers. Alexander's army first encountered elephants when they attacked an Indian emperor's army. Typical battle towers were used for the first time by Pyrrhos, the king of Epeira. Since then, elephant warriors with these towers have received military services from almost all Hellenic nations from Europe and Asia, including the Roman ones.
