HMS Pegasus was a sister ship of HMS Both belonged to the so-called "SWAN class", from which a total of 25 ships were built in the years 1766-1780.
This ship was very intricately designed. Copies of the original drawings still exist today.
The set contains etched brass parts (except for oars and boat fittings, as well as many decorations), laser-cut wooden parts, boats, etched copper plates for a submarine vessel, a remarkable set of flags and very detailed drawings, plans and instructions. Ribs and keel are laser cut from 5mm plywood, other parts are made of solid walnut, plywood.
