Information about the original

The Volkswagen Polo GTI V is a designation for a small car manufactured by the German Volkswagen Group since 1975 to the present day. The intention of the VW Polo was to come to the market with a small, lower-class car that would provide the consumer with a car with low fuel consumption and operating costs, while also providing a degree of comfort and luxury. This car is therefore particularly suitable for the city.

The official history of the VW Polo describes as Mark I through Mark IV (using either Roman numerals or Arabic numerals, with facelifted variants known as "Phase II" models).

The Mk5 Polo GTI was launched at the Geneva Motor Show in 2010. The new GTI engine is powered by a 130 kW (180 PS) TSI engine that uses both a compressor and a turbocharger. The Mk5 Polo includes satellite navigation on the touch screen and a seven-speed VW DSG transmission.
