The new range of DLA petrol engines excels in excellent workmanship, compared to older engines with a more robust construction of high-quality materials and above all the use of high-quality components such as German and Japanese bearings, Walbro or Tillotson membrane carburetors. / performance / price.
The DLA 32 is the smallest of the range of engines offered. It is a slightly sub-square engine with a 37mm bore and a 30mm stroke. The crankcase is made of high quality aluminum alloy and its surface is polished. The piston is equipped with one piston ring, the connecting rod and piston pin passes through the needle bearings. The engines are equipped with high-quality ball bearings from the German company FAG and needle bearings from the Japanese company IKO. The engine is mounted behind the rear face of the mounting bolts. The package includes spacers with a length of 64 mm, including fasteners.
The carburettor manufactured by Tillotson is a diaphragm, double needle fitted with a choke. The very lightweight exhaust silencer is aluminum and its surface is polished.
Ignition is electronic intended for supplying from accumulators with a nominal voltage of 6.6 - 7.4V. The power supply can be used as 6-p. battery NiMh (at least 1800mAh) and 2S battery LiPo (at least 1300mAh) or LiFe. The ignition is supplied with a protective spiral tube and cables for connecting the battery and of course the DLA CM6 spark plug. For easy tuning and a perfect overview of engine operation, we recommend using a DLA digital tachometer (sold separately) that connects directly to the ignition.
Recommended fuel: 30: 1 run-in (30 parts Natural 95 petrol per 1 part oil), normal operation 40: 1 to 50: 1.
