The new range of DLA gasoline engines excels in excellent workmanship, compared to older engines with a more robust construction of high quality materials and above all the use of high quality components such as German and Japanese bearings, membrane carburetors Walbro or Tillotson etc. The well-engineered design of the DLA engines achieved a very good weight ratio / Performance / price.
The DLA 32 is the smallest of a range of engines available. It is a slightly undercut engine with a 37mm drill and a 30mm stroke. The crankcase is made of high quality aluminum alloy and its surface is polished. The piston is equipped with a single piston ring, the rod and the piston pin pass through the needle bearings. Engines are fitted with quality ball bearings of German company FAG and needle bearings of Japanese company IKO. The engine is mounted behind the rear face, on which the mounting bolts are attached. Also included are 64 mm long spacers with connecting material.
The carburettor manufactured by Tillotson is a diaphragm, two-needle choke. The very light exhaust silencer is aluminum and its surface is polished.
The ignition is electronic designed for power supply from batteries with a nominal voltage of 6.6 - 7.4V. You can use the 6-bit power supply to power. NiMh battery (at least 1800mAh), 2S LiPo battery (at least 1300mAh) or LiFe. The ignition is provided with a spiral protective sleeve and cables for connecting the battery and, of course, the DLA CM6 spark plug. For easy tuning and a perfect view of the engine running, we recommend using a DLA (sold separately) tower, which is directly connected to the ignition.
Recommended fuel: 30: 1 run (30 parts Natural 95 petrol per 1 part oil), normal operation 40: 1 to 50: 1.
