In the FunCub and Multiplex models, it was previously unimaginable - to combine in a single model features and capabilities that are close to 3D models in many ways, while maintaining the possibility of use as a school and training model for complete beginners. The latest addition - FunCub NG is a thoroughly reconstructed version of the original FunCub. The model is suitable for beginners and recreational pilots, as well as for seasoned fighters, who will make full use of its "Fun" potential. Let's take a closer look at how this is possible ...

FunCub NG retains the traditional "multiplexing" construction of highly durable ELAPOR foam, which ensures easy and fast construction, low weight, strength and durability in operation, as well as easy repairability in case the pilot fails. Although similar in appearance to its predecessor, it has a slightly larger span and elongated hull. However, the internal construction is completely new - the engine bulkhead formed by a robust plastic molding, the bed of the propulsion battery, the wing strut holder and the chassis holder are strung on a square laminate tube forming a solid "backbone" of the model. Thanks to this, it is possible to mount a significantly more powerful ROXXY BL-O C35-42-930kV motor. Also new is the wing with controlled ailerons, slotted flaps and a new system of couplings of the wing halves and struts. The main chassis is also completely new - the holder is anchored to the "backbone" laminate tube, the legs are made of double steel wire; The giant "balloon" chassis wheels from ELAPOR have been retained. 6-7 microservos on board, of course, means that a speed controller with a sufficiently dimensioned switched BEC power stabilizer - ROXXY BL control 740 S-BEC - is used.

Excess power, highly efficient flaps and giant wheels are what make FunCub NG "entertainers". They can take off and land literally on a pole, hang on a propeller, take off and land on taller grass or uneven terrain another model could not "operate". For a summer stay by the water, you can buy floats - excess engine power and precise control with ailerons and flaps will again allow trouble-free operation of the seaplane and pilots without previous experience in the naval air force.

You can also add a towing hook (it can be installed at any time, even in the finished and flying model) and turn FunCub NG into a towing hook, which reliably reaches the height of a glider, such as EasyGlider, Solius, Heron and FunRay.

If you're new to flying, you don't have to worry about these FunCub NG capabilities - for starters you don't have to install flap controls (they can be added to the finished model at any time), you can mount a weaker engine, but mainly set smaller, "Catholic" rudder deflections. behold, you have a first-class stable and good training upper wing with controlled ailerons - large and well visible, which is not a prank on every light breeze, as is the case with smaller models.

The two-part wing made of Elapor has a profile with a straight underside, is reinforced by a pair of pre-installed laminate beams and is fixed to the fuselage with two M5 polyamide screws. The ailerons and flaps are always controlled by two servos, which are mounted in pressed shafts. A microservo controlling the towing hook mechanism for the aero tow can be installed in the root of the right half of the wing. The fuselage of a classically "multiplexed" thoughtful construction is made of Elapor moldings. Excellent access to the on-board RC equipment and easy replacement of the propulsion battery is ensured by a removable cab cover. A duct passes through the fuselage, ensuring perfect access of cooling air to the engine, regulator and propulsion battery. The tail surfaces are also Elapore. To control the rudder and elevator, a pair of servos of size HS-65, stored in shafts on the sides of the tail of the fuselage. The main chassis is two-wheeled, wire, attached to a plastic holder. The spur is steerable, its console anchored to the stern of the fuselage forms one unit at the same time with the lower hinge and rudder lever. The wheels are large "balloon" with black ELAPOR tires.

To control the model, you will need at least a 6-channel RC kit, it is optimal to use a 7- to 9-channel kit allowing convenient programming and control of all functions.

For power supply you will need a three-cell LiPo set 2600-2700 mAh with a load capacity of at least 30C.

A set of floats (cat. No. 1-01539) is available for FunCub NG, with which you can also enjoy a lot of fun by the water.
