Timber X gets you, looks like a good practice model, but you can surprise the onlookers that wouldn't expect this model. A short start and landing, 3D acrobatics including hanging and lots of fun you can experience with the Timber X. In addition, LED lighting and SAFE Select, a powerful 3-4S LiPol drive.

Timber X is an incredibly versatile model. You can fly it with ease as a sports high-wing aircraft, you can also turn on the SAFE flight envelope protection and carry out basic piloting training, you can try the first somersaults in the sky or fly the wildest aerobatics as an advanced pilot. All this can be done by one model and not only that, it has STOL properties, it has lighting for flying in the evening and you can buy optional EFL5261 floats and go flying over the water as a seaplane.

EPO hollow core and composite reinforcement form a lightweight yet stiff airframe that can fly extreme acrobatic maneuvers while having a low wing load for impressive short takeoff and landing (STOL) and slow flaps. The chassis has effective suspension and therefore can handle even less landscaped airport. You can even install the included slots on the leading edge of the wing for even slower flight. Strong metal gear servos handle easily large control surfaces, powerful motor with 50A controller for 3-4 cells LiPol has high thrust for 3D acrobatics.

SAFE technology

The advantage is the use of AS3X 3-axis stabilization technology and the ability to activate Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope (SAFE ™) technology, which maximizes flight safety and ensures a quiet flight. If you are a new pilot or want to have a greater level of safety while getting to know the plane, you can turn on the optional SAFE technology that is built into the receiver. No programming is required. Simply change the settings while pairing the model, following the instructions in the manual. The SAFE function will ensure flight envelope limitations and ensure extreme flight limits.

When SAFE is selected:
  • Tilt Limit, Ascent and Descent will not allow excessive climb and drop, for example, at start or tilt in corner
  • Automatic leveling instantly returns the model to a level flight when the steering levers are released to neutral
  • Possibility to use the rescue button to lose the orientation, which will bring the model into horizontal flight

extreme maneuverability

The performance of the model is largely due to a specially tuned propulsion unit that gives the model the power and dynamics of the flight and large and efficient rudders and flaps.

eXtra Performance

The model drive consists of a BL10 900kV AC motor, a 50A regulator and a 12x4 propeller. The controller can be powered by LiPol 3s or 4S batteries without any adjustment. Just plug in and fly.

The EPO composite reinforced hollow core construction is very lightweight yet rigid. The Timber X 1.2m is also equipped with high torque servos (5 x SPMSA332) (1 x SPMSA332R) and shock absorbing chassis with large Tundra wheels so you can take off from almost any surface.

eXtreme Short Takeoff and Landing

Timber X has means for short takeoff and landing that can be freely used or combined. You can install the enclosed slots on the wing leading edge or use large wing flaps to take advantage of the high engine power. / p>

Realistic lighting

Timber X comes with realistic LEDs, and just like a big plane, the model can use the landing light, navigation and flashing lights that are already installed in the factory and powered by the flight battery.

Optional floats

Seaplane supporters can purchase the EFL5261 float float kit and re-model the seaplane. Flying over the water has its own charm and still has many fans.
