Hobbyzone Carbon Cub 1.3m SAFE + BNF Basic

Want to become a pilot and don't know how to do it? The revolutionary Carbon Cub S + is the RC model of the airplane you can do with it! The model was the Cub Crafters, which in a modern modeling design, equipped with exclusive and innovative DRONE technology with SAFE Plus and GPS, will allow less time to fly than ever before. It features advanced features such as AutoLand Auto Landing, Holding Pattern and Virtual Fence Virtual Fence that make it easy for any novice pilot to make a successful first flight. But there are other model options, additional wing turbulators, large Tundra tires and optional flaps and floats. This makes the model very versatile, even for advanced flying and further developing pilot skills.

The BNF version requires a Spectrum transmitter.

To put the model into operation, pair the model receiver with your Spectrum transmitter, add a 1300-2200mAh 3S 11.1V LiPol battery and a suitable charger.

Tundra large wheels

The large Carbon Cub S + balloon wheels can safely absorb the uneven and unprepared surface of a take-off surface that most models of this size could not handle

Optional wing flaps

Functional flaps are optional for impressive take-off and short-range landings. This feature requires a 7-channel Spectrum transmitter, flap servos and extension cables. (Sold Separately)

Optional floats

Floats are an optional option for converting to seaplane and flying on water. Installation takes only a few minutes and all necessary accessories are included in the kit and float kit (HBZ7390 - sold separately)

AutoLand, assisted landing

After activating and pressing the button, the AutoLand assisted landing function is activated and the Carbon Cub S + lands on the start-up location instead. You can interrupt the automatic landing at any time by simply pressing the button to avoid obstacles or adjusting the direction or, if there is no risk, let the system work to lead the model to a safe landing. Once you have more confidence, you can take more control and finally learn landing without assistance.

Holding Pattern - circling above take-off point

This handy exclusive SAFE Plus feature allows you to basically "pause" in flight by activating and quickly pressing a button, automatically returning to a position above the GPS start point and circling until the command is canceled. It's a great way to safely hand in control to a friend or get back a visual contact if you don't have control and know the location of the model.

Virtual Fence - Virtual Fence

It is very easy to let the model fly too far, but with Virtual Fence you no longer have to worry because it creates an invisible boundary that the model does not cross. When it reaches this limit, it automatically turns and flies back, then nods its wings for information that the steering control is restored.

Beginner mode

Beginner, tilt and aileron tilt limited, when the levers are released to neutral, the model is leveled, engine speed is regulated by climb or descent, and take-off and landing assistance.

Advanced Mode

Advanced mode, has a greater tilt of the model allowed, but does not tip over or fall. Flight positions are limited to about 60 ° tilt. There is already great freedom of control and minimal flight corrections are made. When flying above 15m, the automatic comparison of the model to the horizontal position after releasing the levers is not functional.

Expert Mode

In flight mode Expert, the steering is completely free without corrections and without limitations of flight positions. You can even fly on your back and perform acrobatic maneuvers.
