The Zundapp KS 750 motorcycle with a sidecar was used by the German army during World War II in large numbers on many battle fronts. The development of this model, which was requested by the highest German command, began in 1937, and participated in it Zundapp with BMW. With its 751 cc 2-cylinder boxer with 26 horsepower, the KS 750 achieved a top speed of 95 km / h. When designing the transmission, the four-stage layout with reverse was selected. Together with the BMW R75, with which the KS 750 had many identical technical components to make maintenance as easy as possible and had enough spare parts, it was used for a wide range of tasks from transport to reconnaissance. On some, however, it soon replaced Kubelwagen, which was more practical and easier to manufacture and maintain. The Zundapp could also be armed with a MG34 machine gun mounted on a sidecar.
