RC model car military tactical vehicle for fast movement Arrma Firearm Speed Assault in 1: 7 scale, built on an improved, more durable Arrma 6S chassis with a longer wheelbase, wider track and softer shock absorbers. For even more fun and driving options, a remote-controlled mechanical parking brake is installed in the model.
The body with a frame construction is mock-up, including a four-member military crew. The overall look is completed by the wheels with the design of military non-air tires. Visible aluminum parts such as shock absorber bodies, engine mount and steering parts are black anodized to match the rest of the model.
As the right military special, the model is designed to handle all types of surfaces from asphalt to difficult terrain. This will be helped by a powerful AC motor, thanks to which the model runs at speeds of up to 80 km / h . Four steel shafts, durable composite suspension arms and bars, 3 all-metal differentials and a gearbox with steel wheels ensure safe power transmission. The clown consists of an extremely durable 3 mm aluminum plate (6061-T6).
The specialty of this model is the handbrake, which is remotely controlled via a transmitter. The parking brake module includes an S650 servo and a disc brake that brakes the rear axle like a real car. This way you can learn to go through curves like a true professional.
The model is controlled by a modern SPEKTRUM-COMPANY-150A SMART controller with a 32-bit ARM Cortex M4 microcontroller, which is able to read complete telemetry and transmit it to the receiver using an integrated wire in the new IC5 connector. Data is transmitted via the SRXL2 protocol. The controller reads information about the type, temperature and voltage of the battery cells directly from the Smart battery. Current, temperature, total battery voltage, battery cell voltage, battery temperature, remaining capacity and motor speed are available in real time.
The electronics are completely encapsulated in a special potting compound, which prevents the entry of moisture * or dirt into the electronics. The controller is switched on and set with the buttons under the rubber cover.
The new generation SR315 DSMR Sport receiver in a micro design weighs only 6 g. Choice of SmartSafe ™ or "Gas" Failsafe, button pairing. DSMR technology ensures full range and fast receiver response.
The basic 3-channel Spectrum SLT3 transmitter operating at 2.4 GHz is compatible with the SLT protocol. The light weight of the Spectrum SLT3 transmitter allows you to hold without fatigue. The steering wheel is covered with a foam rim for a firm grip. The layout of the controls is practical and intuitive - all controls are positioned so that they are quickly accessible when needed. A secure loop is available for fastening to the strap.
Spektrum Smart technology offers more information about the model, telemetry transmission, easier operation and battery care. All SMART components, including batteries, are able to communicate and transmit telemetry. To display complete telemetry, it is necessary to have a compatible Spektrum transmitter with a display. The telemetry display depends on the radio type of the specific model.

To put the model into operation, 4x AA batteries for the transmitter, a drive battery and an adequate charger for the drive battery are required.
It is best to use one LiPo drive battery with 4 or 6 cells (14.8, 22.2 V). In this case, you short-circuit the second input of the Y-cable with the enclosed jumper IC5, which is already part of the RC car package.
It is also possible to operate the model on a pair of two-cell (7.4 V) or three-cell (11.1 V) LiPo batteries connected in series. In this case, connect both batteries to the Y-cable with which the controller is fitted at the factory. The disadvantage of this solution is that both batteries must be completely identical and equally charged. Therefore, it is better to use one 4 or 6 cell battery, see above.

Smart G2 batteries are even simpler and safer, thanks to the absence of a balance connector. In addition, G2 batteries have up to 3x faster automatic discharge into storage mode. Smart G2 batteries can only be charged on Spektrum Smart and Smart G2 chargers.
Spektrum Smart chargers can charge both Smart and Smart G2 batteries as well as conventional batteries. Previously sold Smart chargers, after the upgrade, also support Smart G2.
To connect the battery to the above-mentioned chargers, you need an IC5 / IC3 charging adapter.
For normal RC car operation, you need tire glue, bolt glue, a tool kit and silicone shock absorber oil. From our range we recommend an affordable set of tools for RC cars.
The tire glue adheres the tires to the rim of the disc. It is always necessary that the tire is firmly glued to the wheel rim around the entire circumference! If the tire is not stuck around the entire circumference, it may rupture. The tire adhesive has a special composition that is able to bond materials such as rubber or nylon, and at the same time the adhesive is flexible after hardening. Sometimes it is necessary to add silicone oil to the model's shock absorbers and change the oil in the differentials. During normal operation, there is only a slight leakage of silicone oil along the shock absorber piston rods. If the damper piston rod surface or seal condition is in poor condition, the oil leak may be large. Repair kits or individual parts are supplied for these cases. Screw glue is required for routine maintenance. Screws screwed into the metal material (eg screws in the motor, set screw in the pinion) must be secured against loosening with this adhesive.
Protective covers are designed to reduce the risk associated with transporting and charging batteries. LiPo batteries can, while maintaining small dimensions and low weight, provide high discharge currents and have a large capacity for long travel times. On the contrary, the LiPo battery is particularly susceptible to mechanical damage.
