Do you really want to have a giant car model for real guys? Desert Buggy DBXL-E 2.0 is known worldwide for its dominance in the 1: 5 scale car market, which convinces with its performance and speed and therefore outperforms the competition. Used chassis made of high-strength anodized aluminum 6061-T6, safely withstands extreme stress during jumps, as well as metal gears and half-axles. This version has thicker 5mm semi-axle pins, which safely transmits the force of the drive to the wheels.
An important change compared to the previous version of the Buggy XL-E is the new electronics with SMART technology. Thanks to the Spektrum Firma 4P 780Kv motor, the Spektrum Firma® 160A AC regulator and the Spektrum SR6100AT receiver with telemetry, the customer will receive a larger portion of information. The receiver will read telemetry data from the controller and transmit it to the transmitter. The receiver supports AVC technology, AVC settings are made using the transmitter. The electronics of the receiver are protected by a special varnish, which prevents the access of moisture or dirt. Thanks to the transmission power of 100 mW EIRP, a great telemetry range is ensured
AVC technology is an advanced Spectrum technology from Horizon Hobby, for RC car models. This stabilization system brings a completely new way of driving RC cars. AVC technology uses sensors for steering and throttle corrections. Thanks to appropriate interventions in the steering and engine power, the result is a smoother ride, stable behavior on level ground and in corners and safer tracking. Of course, the variable sensitivity of the steering, including the possibility of turning it off and leaving everything in the hands of the rider.
The model is controlled by a modern SPEKTRUM ™ FIRMA ™ 160A SMART controller with a 32-bit ARM Cortex M4 microcontroller, which is able to sense complete telemetry and transmit it to the receiver using an integrated wire in the new IC5 connector. Data is transmitted via the SRXL2 protocol. The controller reads information about the type, temperature and voltage of the battery cells directly from the Smart battery. You do not have to worry about the correct setting of the battery type and its possible undercharging.
The electronics are completely encapsulated in a special potting compound, which prevents the entry of moisture * or dirt into the electronics. The controller is switched on and set with the buttons under the rubber cover.
The car is equipped with an AC motor Spektrum ™ Firma® 4P 780Kv, compatible with 8S LiPol with which it can reach a speed of up to 80km / h!
Digital servo S900S with metal gears has two bearings, metal gears, speed 0.21 s / 60 °, torque 30 kg.cm, waterproof construction.
Chassis struts are installed to reinforce the chassis, which are bolted to the central part of the chassis and reach up to the front and rear differentials.
There are locking springs in the grooves against accidental falling out of the studs, which secure the half-axle drive sleeves on the shaft. / p>
The new differential gearboxes have higher strength and ensure the stability of the drive train for a quieter, more reliable and trouble-free drive.
The new differential box holders have higher strength and ensure greater rigidity of the differentials on the chassis.
The new aluminum differential body has higher strength and provides greater torsional rigidity than conventional plastic. Today's AC motors produce so much energy that it is necessary to choose materials with sufficient strength.
The new aluminum oil dampers have lower aluminum caps that make it easier to service and replace damper seals and improve performance. The top caps have a laser etched FOX logo for an inspiring look.
Original tires MAXXIS Creepy Crawler tires, with a universal tread for increased traction, give the car, like the original, great driving characteristics for off-road driving.
In addition to the new shock absorbers, the DBXL-E 2.0 has new front and rear aluminum shock absorber towers with multiple mounting locations for better stability and maneuverability.
All drive components are made of steel and blackened against corrosion. The drive shafts now have a larger pin diameter of 5 mm.
The chassis is made of high-strength anodized aluminum 6061-T6 with a thickness of 4 mm, on which are installed all important components, such as axles with differentials, engine, regulator, center differentials with differential wiring. The control is taken care of by a huge giant servo with a torque of 30 kg.cm.
In order to create more space for the batteries, the controller was moved to the mounting plate outside the center differential. This allowed for optimal weight distribution in the car while increasing the cooling efficiency of the controller.
The color of the car is inspired by the real Fox Shox Motorsport racing in black-white-orange color.
Finished colors typical for bodies in red and white with the Losi logo and flame.
The RCXL-E 2.0 RC model is equipped with waterproof * electronics, including a receiver, servo and controller. The model is designed to minimize the risk of water entering the electronics, but it is necessary to minimize the risk of moisture, especially with regard to the motor, which does not have this protection and is therefore subject to the necessary regular service of rotating components, especially bearings. / p>
The car is equipped with an LED light bar above the window, which can be switched on and off at will. So you can go night driving without worrying about getting lost or getting lost.
The new RC transmitter Spektrum DX3 has 3 channels and is compatible with the Spektrum AVC stabilization system and Spektrum Smart telemetry. Excellent range, super fast response and high resistance to interference thanks to the exclusive Spektrum DSMR technology. Quick setting of required parameters.
The model is equipped with components with Spektrum Smart technology, which offers more information about the model, easier operation and battery care. All SMART components, including batteries, are able to communicate and transmit telemetry.

A propulsion battery and an adequate charger for the propulsion battery are required to put the model into operation.
Operate the model on two identical 3S LiPo (11.1 V) or 4S LiPo (14.8V) batteries.

To connect the battery to the above-mentioned chargers, you need an IC5 / IC3 charging adapter.
Protective covers are designed to reduce the risk associated with transporting and charging batteries. LiPo batteries can, while maintaining small dimensions and low weight, provide high discharge currents and have a large capacity. The LiPo battery is prone to mechanical damage and therefore needs to be thoroughly protected.
For normal operation of Losi RC cars, you need glue for screws, quality glue for tires, silicone oil for shock absorbers and a set of screwdrivers. From our range we recommend an affordable set of tools for cars or a quality set of Allen screwdrivers 1.5 / 2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0mm. We recommend that you look at the Tool Sets
The screw glue drips the thread or the head of the screw, which fixes it and the vibrations caused by driving do not allow the screw connection to loosen. The screw adhesive has a special composition that allows the screw connection to be easily loosened with a reasonable torque without damaging the screw head. Never use ordinary instant glue, it could be impossible to loosen a screw glued in this way at all!
The tire glue adheres the tires to the rim of the disc. It is always necessary for the tire to be firmly glued to the wheel rim around the entire circumference! If the tire is not stuck around the entire circumference, it may rupture. The tire adhesive has a special composition that is able to bond materials such as rubber or nylon, and at the same time, after hardening, the adhesive is flexible. Never use ordinary instant glue - it is not flexible after hardening and cracks in the tire would gradually form around the rims!
Occasionally it is necessary to add silicone oil to the model's shock absorbers. During normal operation, there is only a slight leakage of silicone oil along the shock absorber piston rods. If the surface of the shock absorber piston rods or the condition of the seals is in poor condition, the oil leakage can be large. For these cases, so-called repair kits are supplied. In the range of tuning parts, piston rods with an extremely hard TiN (titanium nitride) coating are supplied with all shock absorbers. You can easily recognize the piston rods with a TiN surface by the gold-green color.
